from 7-Figure operator to strategic advisor
Proven results in e-commerce and media.
Mike Carioscia is an entrepreneur, operator, and advisor who built Hardcore Italians into a multi-seven-figure ecommerce and media brand without outside funding. The brand began as a way to preserve Italian-American identity and culture — but quickly became a real operating business with real constraints: inventory risk, paid media volatility, thin margins, and constant execution pressure.
Unlike founders who scale on theory or capital, Mike learned by doing. He spent years inside the business — running marketing, overseeing product launches, managing cash flow, fixing fulfillment issues, and building systems that worked in the real world. Every lesson came with a cost, and every improvement had to show up in profit.
As Hardcore Italians grew, so did the complexity. What once relied entirely on the founder had to be rebuilt into processes, teams, and scorecards. That transition — from being essential to being optional — became the most valuable skill Mike developed. Not growth for growth’s sake, but owner-level leverage.
Today, in addition to running Hardcore Italians, Mike advises ecommerce and consumer brand founders who feel stuck in the same place he once was: strong brands, inconsistent profit, and businesses that still depend too heavily on them. His work focuses on fixing the fundamentals — monetization, AOV/LTV, team structure, and decision clarity — so founders can scale without chaos.
Mike also works with legacy and media brands looking to modernize their monetization and operational models, helping them turn attention into durable revenue rather than vanity metrics.
At the core of Mike’s philosophy is a simple belief: a business should create freedom, not dependency. Everything he builds — and everything he advises on — is designed around that principle.
